Cape Manzamo
Cape Manzamo is located northwest of Onna-son Village and is a wide open space on top of a sea cliff consisting of Ryukyuan limestone. The name for the cape is said to have originated with King Sho Kei in the beginning part of the 18th century. The king is said to have commented that the open area could seat 10,000 people. In 1972 it was designated as a place of scenic beauty by Okinawa Prefecture.
